Our clients include not just large local institutions such as The University of Southern Queensland and Toowoomba Grammar School, but large national companies such as the National Australia Bank, Suncorp and the Heritage Building Society as well as international companies such as Boeing. We have a long relationship with the Australian Defence Department bases at Oakey and Cabarlah as well as 126 Squadron of the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

Our investment in new technologies is second to none. We have recently invested in a state-of-the-art Epilog 45 laser for high tech engraving of acrylics, glass, wood, stainless steel, brass, marble and granite. This amazing machine allows us to do everything from routine engraving to memorial work, wooden signs, jigsaw puzzles and Christmas ornaments. We have a computer-controlled Newing-Hall NH-600 engraving machine for engraving treffolyte, silver, brass, stainless steel, acrylics and glass. We have a Gravograph 200 engraving machine for doing trophy plates.

We do a significant amount of industrial engraving in English, French, Spanish and Russian for local mining equipment manufacturer and exporter, Russell Mineral Equipment Pty Ltd. This includes hydraulic, operating, lubrication, safety, compliance and identification labels in treffolyte and stainless steel . We have the computer technology to also engrave in Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi characters if required. We do computer drawn block plans and labels for companies such as Alpine Refrigeration, Leadbetter Contracting, Aylward Plumbing and Downfields Engineering as well as compliance plates for the motor industry.

Lastly, our hand engraver, Mr. Alan Shannon has over fourteen years experience as a hand engraver. If Mr. Shannon were to live in Japan he would be called "a living national treasure". His hand engraving has rare artistry, control and elegance. He specialises in doing fine engraving of the insides of rings, bracelets, watches and other fine jewellery items as well as unusually shaped objects that cannot be easily machine engraved.
